Does anyone know if any institution will provide an ex pat stand alone euro credit card without taking full banking facilities

Are you actually looking for a "credit" card or would you be prepared to pre-fund a card such as the Wise card (pre-funded in Euro and which I recomend)

Ideally a credit card

I am on the understanding that it is a requirement from any credit card provider, that you have a bank account that shows a persons credit worthiness, and to set up a DD for the monthly payments? But who knows, maybe you will find one without.
