Currency exchange?

Does anyone know if any of the currency exchange offices are open(even if limited hours) I have tried europound Quesada online but as far as I can make out, all of their offices are closed.
We have GBP that we need to exchange for euros.

We have cash that we need to exchange for cash. I believe currencies direct is bank to bank transfers.

When the page comes up there is a little box at the bottom on the right hand side where you can chat with them and they are offline, so perhaps they are closed

Can you not use a card to draw money out, I know you lose out with the exchange rate but that maybe your only choice ?

Thanks for the suggestions. I have now signed up with Transferwise and had a transfer direct to my Spanish account.
