Cyclist damaged my parked car.
Do they have insurance or do I need a denunciation?

House Insurance will most likely cover them or yours may have legal cover

Cyclist should have insurance as well as a number plate the same as car drivers

Cyclists that are members of clubs usualy have insurance included in membership fees

Certainly not in the UK, although club cyclists & individual cyclists are encouraged to take out insurance with their National Governing Body.
