The 53 municipalities currently in lockdown (over 30 of them in the Madrid Region) end the lockdown tomorrow.
Madrid has imposed a midnight to 0600 curfew from tomorrow and Castilla y Leon imposes it from 2200 to 0600.
Andalusia imposes a curfew from 2300 to 0600 in Granada and 30 of the municipalities in the Granada province. In addition, it brings in the restrictions on bar and restaurant opening hours currently in place to include Seville, Cordoba, Jaen and 30 other municipalities.
The Basque Country, Extremadura, Catalonia, Rioja, Melilla, Navarra and Castilla la Mancha have asked the government to impose a new state of alarm and declare a curfew throughout Spain.
The Valencia Region, Castilla y Leon and Andalusia are going ahead with a curfew autonomously and the Valencia Region is just awaiting the Supreme Court ruling on the legality.
Aragon has imposed a lockdown in Zaragoza and limited capacity in establishments to 25%. All bars, restaurants and hotels must close at 2200 and a 50% limit has been placed on terraces for food.
Asturias has ordered all establishments to close at 2200 but has not declared a curfew.
Catalonia has requested the government to call a state of alarm and has meanwhile closed all bars and restaurants for the last week except for collection and home delivery. Family and social groups are limited to 6 people and they will declare a curfew when the government calls a state of alarm.
Galicia limits family meetings to 5 and inside areas of restaurants are closed. They support a curfew if the government calls a state of alarm.
In the Balearic Islands, sales of alcohol will be banned from tomorrow in all establishments from 2200 and cafes are limited to 50% capacity.
The Canary Islands have cancelled all their restrictions due to the low level of CV19 on the islands.
Murcia endorses a curfew but has not imposed any further restrictions.
Most other regions limit the family and social gatherings to 6 and reduce the capacity in bars and restaurants to 50%.
Now, the important bit for us, The Valencian Community.
The announcement of a curfew from midnight to 0600 is expected tomorrow even if the central government does not declare a state of alarm. They are looking at reducing the capacity in restaurants (*some areas are already limited to 40% whilst we are 75%), the size of family and social groups and opening times for shops. This should be announced at the same time as the curfew.

It is looking like another State of Alarm will be decided at the meeting tomorrow in Madrid but probably for a short 5/6 week period. They will want it in place over the 8th December which is the next holiday to stop any movement of people and if they can get the numbers down then open up for Christmas. I would think schools will be allowed to stay open.
It is unlikely Valenciana Comm will introduce the curfew until they see how the wind is blowing from the meeting in Madrid tomorrow. They have used language like "next week".

Does that mean a full lock down?
I have been flitting to and from Spain all year but now it's getting colder, I may aswell stay in uk than be locked in or do you think it will be just stricter measures but life goes on?

The curfew from midnight to 0600 will start from tonight in the Valencia Community. The DOGV will be published today but no further restrictions have yet been announced.
No, it does not mean a full lockdown at all. Just nobody out between those hours except for travelling to and from work, to care for dependants or for medical emergencies. Life outside those hours will be as normal and there is no lockdown although the PM has asked that people limit their travel for essential purposes only.
The current restrictions on nightlife, restaurants and so on remain in place but restaurants will now have to close at midnight with no service or admittance after 2300.
The meeting tomorrow will be to decide if the curfew and other restrictions will be imposed if a new state of alarm is decreed.
I'll keep an eye out for the DOGV and put it on here when it is published.

The President of Valencian Community, Ximo Puig, has made a speech addressed to all in the Valencian Region.
In it, he outlines the following restrictions as from midnight tonight "to protect health and the citizens of our community".
"With these measures we bring prevention, responsibility and unity"
The cases detected this week in the Valencian Community have doubled those of the previous week.
For this reason, we consider it urgent to reinforce measures that stop the spread of the virus and protect health.
It is essential to avoid the concentration and wandering of people in the night time zone where large bottles and private parties take place in private homes.
• Because 2 out of every 3 outbreaks have a social origin, with a high incidence of unregulated nightlife.
Look: In just 3 months, the Department of Justice has received more than 20,000 acts of sanction proposal for breaching the prevention measures against Covid. More than 20,000. And the source of contagion of 90% of them derive from social gatherings and parties contrary to health regulations that are held in chalets, homes or country houses.
All of this is part of our way of understanding life. And it's OK; we like to be like that. But now it can't be done. Nor tolerate.
Enough of irresponsibility that endangers our elders, vulnerable groups, health personnel or any citizen.
I repeat: enough of isolated irresponsibility in the face of a society that, in its vast majority, is making an enormous effort.
The new regional resolution comes into force this next morning (there is a one hour bedding in period so will start at 0100 Sunday) and will last until December 9 with the following MEASURES:
FIRST:
Nighttime mobility is restricted throughout the Valencian Community between 12 at night and 6 in the morning.
In that time slot, only those people who are going to work, who come home from work, or who travel due to force majeure, such as a medical emergency or the care of a dependent person, will be able to walk on the street.
SECOND :
The maximum number of members in a family or social gathering in public spaces is limited to 6 people, and also - I emphasize, "also" - in private spaces between people who do not live together.
THIRD:
The gardens and outdoor recreation areas (such as parks ) may only be open until 10 at night.
FOURTH:
In hotel and restaurant establishments:
* · Consumption will always be at the table, never at the bar.
* · The tables will be for a maximum of 6 people.
* · And the establishments will close at midnight
and FIFTH:
The sale of alcohol is prohibited between 10 at night and 8 in the morning, except in hotels and restaurants.
As RECOMMENDATIONS, the new resolution asks to postpone family or social activities that are not essential, as well as limit social activity in the coming weeks.
It will be an effort, we know. But what is the alternative?
We know her too well. And we don't want it.
So there you go. (my bolds)

They moved faster than I thought they would. Wouldn't 9.00pm like in other Communities be better if you are going to implement something like this. Does the order have to be published before it becomes law?

I haven't seen any other communities having the curfew from 9 pm, most are from midnight but a couple have imposed it from 10 pm. Closing at 9 would kill the restaurant business in this area.
And the DOGV has been published. Number 8935 dated today.
I'm currently reading it in Spanish to see if anything else has cropped up.
It's going on a lot about previous rules, precedences and laying out the rules and other state bulletins which allow them to do this autonomously including closing of establishment if they wish to do so.
It does say that private vehicles, taxis or any other type of transport will only be allowed out between midnight and 0600 to carry out the exceptions to the curfew as going to and from work, caring for vulnerable dependants or medical emergencies but no other reason.
The number taking part in social or family groups is limited to 6 and is recommended that these take place outdoors or in well ventilated areas only.
There's quite a lot in it and quotes many other local and national orders.

Unless I'm being stupid, how can a restaurant close at 12 but we can't walk the street to get home after 12?
