Do you mean flying to Alicante? There are no restrictions on travel, at the moment, from any EU country as long as you complete the paperwork and the arrival tests (temperature etc\. Once in Alicante you would have no restrictions on travelling anywhere in the Region except in the curfew hours.
Do note that the FCO is advising against all travel to Spain (except the Canaries) at the moment.

Thanks matey. I've been coming and going ever since first UK lockdown, just was a bit concerned tonight's rules may hinder that, seems not which is great news.
Thanks again

All in all the measures announced are quite light and as they are only for a week they will be over quickly. People were also asked to observe the rule of 6 where social gatherings are concerned.

No, the closure of the borders is for a week. The other restrictions are for two weeks.

I believe they used the word "celebraciones" to specifically refer to weddings and receptions.
2.2. Medidas relativas a celebraciones.
2.1 Las ceremonias podrán realizarse en todo tipo de instalaciones, públicas o privadas, ya sea en espacios al aire libre o espacios cerrados, siempre que no se supere el 30 por ciento de su aforo con un máximo de 30 personas.
It then says celebrations after the ceremony (by which I would say they mean receptions) will be limited to the capacity laid down for hotel and restaurant service.

The one week closure is to stop those entering from Madrid in between the two bridge weekends. Whilst they would not be allowed to enter one of the Regions surrounding us, they would be allowed to transit through to come to the Valencia Region.
Interesting watching the mass exodus from Paris.

Unless you are in one of the named towns the new restrictions introduced for 2 weeks wont affect you. Nothing has changed for everyone else except the 7 day border closure.

Ximo Puig has just announced the restrictions on exit and entry into the Valencian Community will be extended for a further week from Thursday until November 13th.
He says there are no plans at the moment to introduce home confinement. There are no restrictions on travel between the 3 provinces in the Region.
Other restrictions will also be reviewed on Thursday.
