No lindylou I agree with you I would much prefer if Marcliffe continued with the updates because I am not in Spain with up to the minute information. Thanks Annette I appreciate your comments and I do prefer to wait for the official BOEs but that isn't always possible so I pass on anything which looks like it might become official.

I agree that the posts Marcliff does are good and accurate.
However some on here seem to think he's some sort of Roman God.
Yes he really is useful and what he does is very much appreciated, but let's calm down a bit.
There is nothing confusing about Monday or Tuesday, it's 23.59 on Monday, so restrictions change for Tuesday.
Lots of other very good posts with information on here too, just add a bit of common sense to what you read.
I like many hope Marcliff continues to post updates, but if he doesn't then the information is still there if you look for it and its not the end of the world.

I agree, the information is out there. If you don’t speak Spanish just open abc.es in chrome, it will translate it for you. All the latest info is there and they post every few minutes as meetings are happening.

The changes are from Monday though.

HI...00.00 is the start of the day and as the bulletin said 00.00 Monday 1st March it means from Midnight Sunday...as Midnight Sunday would be 23.59. The note went on to say that the restrictions would remain until X day at 23.59.

seems to be complicated but..

If 12.00 Monday is lunchtime...
and 08.00 Monday is breakfast time ..
and 03.00 is too flippin early,
it stands to reason (to me) that 00.01 is just after midnight on Monday..so 00.00 is the beginning of Monday..

But (for me) if a Spanish bar is open on Monday everything is fine...

Or am I being to simplistic?

,,. ...

No it's not the end of the world but it is so much more convenient to have one reliable source of information and as I check the forum every day, I've become reliant on Marcliff's daily updates. Bee does a smashing job as deputy and it doesn't bother me if other people duplicate the information. I'll read them and then wait for Marcliff's update to verify it. So I would welcome Alex making them a sticky at least until the pandemic ends.
