I suppose the Spanish Embassy in the UK would hardly publish something unless it had been sanctioned by the Spanish Government.
It says no PCR test or vac cert for entry from the UK provided you haven't been out of the UK in the preceeding 14 days. Just complete your Location Form. I don't think there will be any more clarification issued

Thanks AnnetteD. I wish it was clearer but it seems to have raised a few "is it, isn't it entry with no requirements" other than the Location Health Form. That's all we had to do last year from the "Green Countries" list which was the term used then and that is what has been announced for entry on Monday next for the listed 3rd countries.
The Comm Valenciana TSJ (Supreme Court) has not given the Generalitat the go ahead yet for extending the curfew. They said they want to consider in depth the reasons for extending the curfew and whether it meets the sanitary requirements necessary for the extension of the curfew. The Valencian Government Special Covid-19 Committee that decides on the restrictions will meet at 10:30 am today. It does so because it has already sent the TSJ the necessary documentation on Thursday and in order not to incur a cessation of functions, sources from the Palau indicated. They hope that the court will rule as soon as possible and they hope to receive the endorsement again to extend the curfew from 1.00am to 6.00am. The TSJs of The Canaries and Andalucia have rejected extending the curfew in those Communities. It appears Andalucia wanted to close the perimeter of Granada.

The Supreme Court (TSJ comm Valenciana) has given its decision to allow the curfew and capacity restrictions to continue for a further 14 days. Below is Marcliffe's post and this is the Official BOE in html format for easy translation to English

I wonder why the BOEs never mention the extended opening hours of the pubs/restaurants? Bee

Limitation on gatherings is maintained to 10 people, 50 percent capacity inside and 100 percent outside with smoking still banned on the terraces and a maximum of 10 people per table but the social distancing is to be kept.
Places of worship can have 75% of capacity which is the same for all celebrations, sporting activities and cultural centres.
These limitations are in force until June 7th and will probably be the last time. New restrictions have been agreed by the Valencian Supreme Court.
40% of the entire Valencian community has now had at least one jab with the over 50 to 59 age group ending on June 15 when they will start the 40 to 49 and the 30 to 39 group starting in July.
The wearing of face masks outdoors will probably be maintained until July.

Bee wrote:The Province of Alicante has entered a new normal situation by dropping the incidence of active cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 14 days from 25 , as corroborated by the data released yesterday by the Ministry of Health. The average of the ten health departments in the demarcation is 24.28. Since the previous update of the figures , last Friday, there has been a decrease of three points, and of 50 active cases in absolute terms. There are currently 469 sick people in the entire district.
The situation is even more favorable according to data from the Carlos III Health Institute, which has a margin of lag with those of Health because they do not coincide exactly in time. The state body gives the province of Alicante an incidence of 20.39, the lowest in all of Spain . The only demarcation with a similar situation is Valencia, which, according to these data, is also in a new normal with 24.29; Sanidad gives a rate close to 30

Of course there is the hoped for announcement today of the lifting of restrictions for UK residents to be able to enter Spain which is the one everyone is waiting for.

Not everyone is waiting for Brits to come over. Let's get vaccinated first!

Ana Barcelo Conselleria/Minister for Health in the Generalitat said she is waiting for the Government Minister for Health to rescind the mask wearing order before she can make any decision.
