The certificate comes up in your downloads as a pdf so doesn't appear on the screen until you get if from the download folder.
I did the same thing and kept pressing the download button and ended up with 5 certificates until I realised.

I did mine on a PC. Maybe a smart phone or tablet may be different? Just a thought.

I do all internet work on a PC would not trust a Tablet or a smartphone

Tried but after getting the sms code just get thrown back to the initial page,

As I said, it comes as a pdf download
You then have to go to downloads to open it fully.
Which, on Google Chrome, is the three dots at the top right of the page and then downloads.
Or from file viewer select downloads.

I don’t get the option to down load, it takes me back to the first page, where you select certificate? I’m using an iPad so perhaps that I don’t know but will have a look again tomorrow, I thought it would be adapted to a iPad or even phone, maybe not,

Downloaded ok but certificates for me and OH only show 1/2 waiting for 2vacs to be added 2nd vacs 12 days ago for me and OH 6 days
