Not until after the interdepartmental meeting on Saturday.
However, I don't think there are any restrictions on trading hours for shops as it is. They are all allowed to open during their listed hours although some close earlier than they used to because of a lack of customers. Zenia Boulevard and Habaneras open to 2200 as do Aldi and Lidl and the night market stalls in Torrevieja were still open at 2300 when we went past last weekend and Carrefour is open to 2300 as well.

Pubs/restaurants/nightclubs are different.

The Valencian High Court has given its approval for 68 towns in the Valencian Region to impose a curfew from 0100 to 0600 and family and social meetings to be restricted to a maximum of 10 in 68 communities with a population of over 5,000 and the highest incidence of covid cases. The limit on meetings in other communities will be rescinded and now awaiting permission of the Supreme Court.

27 of these towns are in the Alicante Province and they will be announced, along with other restrictions, after the interdepartmental meeting tomorrow. This is 9 towns less that previously and will be extended until 6th September, after the fallas. The towns affected in the Alicante Province are:
L'Alfas del Pi, Alicante, Almoradi, Altea, Aspe, Benidorm, Calpe, Campello, Cocenteina, Denia, Dolores, Finestrat, Javea, La Nucia, Montforte del Cid, Monovar, Mutxamel, Novelda, Onil, Pedreguer, Pego, Santa Pola, San Vicente del Raspeig, Sax, Teulada, VillaJoyosa and Villena.

Temps briefly rose to 36C here today. Forecast is for it to get to 40C on Sunday and the night time temps to not drop below 35C so that'll be aircon on all night (again).

Those who missed out on covid vaccines should have been contacted yesterday or today. Some of the mass vaccination clinics are allowing walk ins but best to check which ones before turning up.

The new restrictions in place from Tuesday 17th August until 6th September are the same as before with just a couple of modifications.

Now 68 towns in curfew from 0100 to 0600 (list posted yesterday for Alicante province) and the meeting of family or social groups restricted to 10 is only in those municipalities. However, the limit on 10 to a table outdoors and 6 indoors remains in force except for those cohabiting.

Bars, restaurants etc open until 0030 with no service after midnight remains in force as is the closure of nightclubs, discos and so on.

Indoor swimming pools limited to 50% of capacity but 75% in outdoor pools. Also 50% in changing rooms.

12 to 16 years olds will be getting their vaccines starting next Monday.with parental consent.

Full list of all restrictions are at this link ABC Valencia

Marcliff, referencing your last comment regarding contact about vaccine. I s there a recommended way to check up which centres are offering walk ins? will they now give different second jab to first?

There is no info on the GVA site saying which centres do the walk ins. Perhaps contact the health centre? (although that doesn't seem to be working very well as they appear in the dark as well).
The mass vaccine centres nearby are the one in the sports centre in Rojales up from Mercadona and the one by Habaneras in Torrevieja.
Press reports have said that those with the AZ vaccine as a first one will be given the Pfizer as a second but, in the real world, people have been told to wait until they are doing AZ again. Yes, all very confusing I'm afraid.

Informacion paper said its Moderna they are administering. I suspect there will be no more AZ as the EU are not taking any more deliveries of it. Ireland has cancelled their AZ and J&J orders and are now only administering Moderna and Pfizer as they can guarantee supplies. It also said Alicante were delaying until Wed the start of the 12-16 age group in order to finish off the vaccination of those in the other age groups who had missed out. It only mentions Ciudad de la Luz and IFA in Alicante.
