As has been posted before and on the front page of the Torrevieja Salud website, you have to ring 965 721 400 to book an appointment with a health centre that comes under the Torrevieja Department of health.

I must admit, I haven't seen this number on the door at the health centre where I reckon it should be. However, when I wanted an appointment for my wife I just walked in and saw the receptionist. She took our details and the doctor rang that afternoon and arranged an appointment. (that was a locum doctor as our doctor was away on leave of absence).
Now our doctor is back, she has asked us to send a message through YoSalud (in Spanish) and she will contact us via the same means or by phone if she thinks it necessary.

Register with Yo Salud, it’s quite easy and very useful. You can make appointments and communicate with your Doctor and see test results

It's an app you can use you have to register first, enter your sip card no. Etc then you can start using it.
I'm on my phone at the moment and difficult to find and add links. I'll do it later but hopefully in the meantime somebody can help you.

You need to go to torrevieja-salud.com
There is an option down the page called Yo Salud, click that and you get the registration page, either to log in or register yourself.
Register yourself and you choose the health center (CAP ROJALES II LO MARABU).
Enter your SIP card number but omit the first number so you only have 7 numbers) and your date of birth
Then your mobile phone (I think it only accepts Spanish ones) and your email address (that way you will get SMS messages and emails if you request them).

They will then send you a password which you can only use once and you have to change it to one you want.
After that, you can log in to Yo Salud with your SIP card number (7 numbers) and certain letters from your password.
You can then make appointments, get messages from the doctor, send your doctor a message, see test results and check on the status of appointments at the clinic or the hospital. Plus loads of information.

Really is good.

The Rojales Salud sent reminders to all those applicable to arrange a flu vaccination
You get an email telling you there’s a message on the Yo Salud site
Great system
