Also consider Brittany Ferries from Portsmouth to Bilbao they have a few pet cabins where your dogs can be with you

Shemarg they have no pet capacity before 15th December. I phoned them. thanks for advice though

There is another route via rouen tours bordeauz san sebastien which is 10 mins longer. I wonder which route is cheaper on Tolls! for the 10 mins might be worth that route
