3mb is a ridiculous size, scan or take a photo it at a lower resolution.

If you really can't then send it to someone who does know how to (perhaps one of your grand children if you have them) and get them to send it back to you.




done it i sent it to myself via zoom foot and all done in a moment thanks for everything if you travel before you receive it can you just take a copy of your paperwork

If you are scanning your document, you will need to change the FILE TYPE before you begin the scan. Change it to either JPEG or PNG format, this will give you a smaller file. If your file is a PDF there are a number of free websites that will convert it to a JPEG or PNG.

I just sent the 2nd page of the document, not all 3 pages. They accepted that.

hi mine is small as spanish reg have done it i sent it to me from me via Zoom Foot and it re sized it job done should have thought of it before many thanks for your help
