The DOGV regarding the opening times until 2200 makes it clear that customers must be at home by 2200. Bars, restaurants etc will have to have closed and shuttered their premises by 2200, not serve until that hour. The hotel industry is now saying they will probably stop serving at 2130 and start closing their premises.
Shops and shopping centres will close between 2100 and 2130 for the same reason.
Those that work in such establishments will be given a "safe conduct" pass to allow them to travel to and from their place of work during curfew hours.
There is also a DOGV on meetings and mobility.
In both private and public places, both indoors and out, a maximum of 6 people may meet together unless they are members of the same family.
In private homes, both indoors and outdoors, gatherings will be limited to families only and a maximum of two families may meet. This will not apply to child or elderly care givers, foster children, people who are married or in a relationship who do not share the same address, someone living alone may receive visitors from one other family, workmen and those providing educational matters.
Religious meetings including celebrations and marriages may be attended providing 50% of the capacity of the building is not exceeded and the social distance of 1.5m is adhered to.
The perimeters of the Valencian Community remain closed except for:
a) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.
b) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.
c) Attendance at university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.
d) Return to the place of habitual or family residence.
e) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
f) Travel to financial and insurance entities or stations
of fuel supply in neighboring territories.
g) Required or urgent actions before public bodies,
judicial or notarial.
h) Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as
other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed.
i) Taking official exams or tests that cannot be postponed.
j) Displacements of athletes, coaches, judges or referees
federated, to carry out federated sports activities of official competition, duly accredited by a sports license or
federative certificate.
k) Due to force majeure or a situation of necessity.
l) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.
Traffic in transit will not be subject to any restriction.
Through the territorial areas in which the limitation provided for in this section is applicable.
2. Likewise, the freedom of movement of people at night is limited between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. throughout the
territory of the Valencian Community, unless any of the following activities are necessary:
a) Acquisition of medicines, health products and other essential goods.
b) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.
c) Assistance to veterinary care centers for emergency reasons.
d) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.
e) Return to the place of habitual residence after carrying out some of the
activities provided in this section.
f) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people
with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
g) Development of hunting activities linked to the control of the
overabundance of game species that can cause damage to
ecosystems, in the productive cycles of agriculture and livestock
and in road safety.
h) Due to force majeure or situation of necessity.
i) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.
j) Refueling at gas stations or service stations, when necessary
necessary to carry out the activities provided for in the previous paragraphs.
The above will be take force from 00:00 26th April until 00:00 9th May 2021 (and, no, I'm still not sure which midnight they mean).

Hotels and restaurants can now go back to buffet service. You must use the provided tongs etc to pick the food up and serving utensils must be replaced every 30 minutes.
New rules on the easing of restrictions will be announced next Tuesday and the hotel industry is asking for the curfew to be put back an hour to 2300.
The nationwide state of alarm is due to end the weekend after next (9th May) but the autonomous regions can impose restrictions of their own after that.

That is not to do with the state of alarm. That is a national law putting restrictions into place throughout Spain.
The restrictions on UK (and other countries) citizens travelling to Spain except for essential reasons or if they are citizens/residents ends tomorrow. Pretty sure there will be another announcement by the Madrid government about it.
They will more than likely ease the restrictions on UK visitors but will maintain the restrictions from Brazil and S Africa plus the new ones they added yesterday from India.
Your travel to Spain will be more dependent on what the UK government allows you to do.

Hi suzi
Due to Spain obviously going to be listed as Amber when UK allowed to fly, they have reduced the days of flights
Ours for 25th May is cancelled but 20th and 28th available, my friend work for easyjet and that is the reason, check. Other dates around your origanl flight x
