Our flights have cost us an extra 950 to move them with Ryanair and the cost for the same dates 1250 so we will pay the moving fees. We are very unhappy with Ryanair for not allowing us to move for free when they allow all recent booking to move for free but if u booked from The at the beginning of the year it's a NO disgusting.

For those of you who haven’t been able to get a refund from the airline after cancellation, contact your credit card provider. They’ll sort it out for you.

I had to ring them when I used my voucher 2 months ago - but it was painless

Well worth the wait!
Sit back and let your credit card do the work for you. Time flies when you’re in lockdown! You’ll get your money back sooner rather than later.

I agree they have been clever I have had my flight cancelled twice and have moved it twice, this time I asked for a voucher and all I got back was the price difference between the two flights the original price of £175 I have lost.
I guess when the airline companies asked us to support them at the beginning of the pandemic by not asking for refunds are laughing at us now that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Les, that seems unfair. I presume you changed your first cancelled flight to another date, then it too was cancelled and the second flight was a cheaper flight than your original one. I’ve encountered this too but the whole business can be traumatic! Unless you keep a note of the original costs there’s no way of finding it on your booking and your memory isn’t always reliable.
That’s a lot of money to lose but no point in crying but a shame that you weren’t able to buy a more expensive flight instead.
