EasyJet voucher

Can anyone help please I have received a voucher from EasyJet for a cancelled flight I booked with them can someone kindly explain how I can use it because when I try to book another flight it won’t let me use my voucher at the page where you meant to enter the voucher code before the final payment page. TIA.

Hi, It says on my Voucher that the code is entered at the final payment page.

Your entitled to a refund, so you could insist on that, according to Martin Lewis money show.

I did try entering the voucher code on that page but it’s not highlighted so it won’t let you in to enter it I’ve had an email this morning from easyJet so perhaps things might be different I’ll try again today. Thank you for all your replies.

I also made several attempts to change my flight and was told that only one person could use an Easyjet Plus membership. Each time I went back to start again, I was hit with the same message. No idea why as both flights booked had memberships. Finally, I gave up. Telephoned and wasted my time holding, finally cut off.
To date, I have simply left it. Think I will opt for a refund unless they iron out their website problems.

Thank you for your replies I think I will opt for refund although they have given me a voucher IF they will do that. All the best to you on this matter.

I read somewhere that the voucher can only be redeemed on easy jet.com and not vis the app
