From memory the page page shows the last three digits of your mobile.

If these digits are correct, you then press to accept/ confirm

(The first box underneath your mobile number)
One you confirm number correct that’s when you get the SMS

So, is your mobile showing as the correct number and have you pressed to confirm.

HI YES i have done the procedure many times as required but no sms response. it validates so one would expect the sms to follow, but it does not. ray

How strange, I was convinced it was the wrong mobile number.

Did you get text messages through to your mobile for your vaccination appointments?

So I can only guess that the salud have the incorrect Spanish mobile number for you.

The preferred way of vaccine notification was vis mobiles. Most people (but not all) got appointments through via texts to their Spanish mobile number.

So after you’ve input the robot code and you then get the bit that where you are shown the last 3 digits of your mobile and you press “enviar sms” and nothing happens I can only presume that the first 6 digits of your number are incorrect on the salud records. Because the text to your mobile containing the next code comes through within seconds.

Have you tried inputting your data again and then used the button that says that if your details aren’t correct you can modify your information

Just follow the link I posted earlier in the thread.

Enter SIP card number and issue date
Enter Date of Birth
Enter code to prove you’re not a robot
Click to get a code sent to your mobile
Enter code
Takes you to the next page, where you’re given three choices.
Click left hand red box for double jabbed cert.
Certificate appears on screen

If you need to save it on an iPad or iPhone click the little square with the arrow coming out the top and you can then choose where you want to save it to.

A travel document is a passport or equivalent

The EU Covid certificate does not guarantee you entry to another country, you still need to show your passport.

They put it on as a disclaimer as people thought that the EU Covid Passport (as it was originally being called) was the only document you needed to travel with.

It seems to have caused so much confusion on here, as people were saying that the form they’d downloaded wasn’t the one you would need to produce to leave Spain. Not realising that it is a support document, much in the same way as a boarding card is not a travel document, you still need to produce it with your passport or enable you to make your journey.

further to recent posts the reason i could not get sms in order to download covid confirmation was because i have an english mobile (44) my friend with a spanish mobile has now completed download for me. ray
