I voted in the last GE from spain, can't vote in the Scottish elections though

Yes I know although blame isn't a word I'd use. People who live in Scotland get a vote, their decision.

nothing to do with Brexit, I have lived abroad for 18 years, thankfully I voted in the referendum. For 3 years now igave nit had a vote, Johnson promised to rectify this when he became PM, he has dragged his feet. When the vote is restored all people have to do is get their respective Electiral Regustratiin Office to send postal votes out in time for you to receive, vote and return.
