I don't normally like saying things about small areas because someone is bound to come on who lives there and thinks it's the bees knees.
However, this is only my personal opinion.
It is nowhere near Formentera which it comes under. It is nearer to a little place called San Fulgencio. There is nothing there. No shops, no bars, no restaurants although I think there is a tennis court. All the houses looked very nice but rather secluded. San Fulgencio is a good couple of k away and the road to it is unlit, no pavements just a dirt bit either side so very dangerous for walking especially at night. There is an industrial estate right in front of it but nothing else.
Most of the houses were detached villas with own pool and would possibly be nice for a week holiday if you got the supplies in and sat round your pool for a week. To live there, no thank you.
If I have offended anyone I'm sorry but we were looking there in about Sept/Oct last year. If they've now build a thriving supermarket with bars, restaurants and a nightclub then I'm sorry. If I missed anything whilst I was there then it must be tucked away somewhere because we went all around and didn't see anything.
It may be close to places by car but you couldn't walk to Daya Vieja (the road and roundabouts would be pretty dangerous) nor even San Fulgencio.

Thank you. I thought there must be a catch as nice houses look pretty reasonably priced. Now I know why.

It's not the Property but Location, Location, Location. We spent months visiting different locations when we wanted to sell our Holiday Home and buy something bigger.

If this link works Fincas de la Vega then you go around Rojales to the left and head north.
Move the map up to have Daya Vieja on the left and San Fulgencio to the top. The square bit marked Calle Benejuzar, Calle Sta Pola etc is the place on the CV9032.
