Flour

Well, bizcocho is actually sponge cake. So harina bizcocho is flour for making sponge cakes.
Levadura is yeast.
Either should be self raising but the last bizcocho stuff my wife bought was horrible and didn't do the job at all.
Normally we do buy Spanish equivalents (some harina de maiz is fine for cornflour but other makes are also terrible) but in this case we do stick to McDougals or Allinsons which Gama stocks.

I have been getting flour from Lidl I thought the blue pack was s/r and the red plain hope that I haven’t been wrong if so no idea every day’s a learning day lol.
