Fresh TV

Does anyone have Fresh TV’s precise business address, possibly with details of what type of premises they are in. They have offered to swap my 93 year old neighbour’s malfunctioning IPTV box, who has 9 months left of the 12 month’s service he paid for. I have WhatsApped them for the precise address to take it to, but all they have done is send me a Google map of a street adjacent to Villamartin Plaza, and ignored my request for more detail. I get the impression they don’t want to honour their offer.

If you check on the Villamartin Forum you will find a similar story of vague directions to an office with no name. It sounds like an outfit with with no sense of customer satisfaction and accountability or any scruples.

They are just off Villa Martin Plaza on the main road on the left hand side.Look for estate agent of same name

Their office is on the left hand side facing the Chinese restaurant on the other side of the road heading out to San Miguel with the Valla martin Plaza on your left. They have a large sign Fresh T V in full colour. Their office is in the back of the estate agents. You get used to their attitude.

Can only speak as I find. Been with Fresh tv for three years and have had no problems at all with them, always sorted any issues quickly even sorted out the local BBC SW news when it disappeared within 30 minutes of letting them know it had disappeared. Great company!!!

I too have used them for a few years without any major problems.
Go and see them and they’ll sort your neighbours system out.

Also been with fresh TV for several years..any problem been sorted very quickly, cannot fault the system at all.
