Just another word on short changing same woman each time I have visited, constant euro short.
She's tried it on about ten times with me,you would think she wouldn't try again.
Must be so ingrained it a habit

Her name will be on the receipt, and on the badge pinned on her chest, (for future recognition).

Will not use Gama during the summer as they put the prices up completely higher than any other supermarket. If everyone boycotts them, then maybe they will get the message. Just greedy people, so hope they suffer.

The new lad Josh is really lovely. He speaks fluent Spanish as well as English. He can’t help you enough. Huge pat on the back for Josh!

Where do you normally buy them, then? Iceland have PG Tips and Yorkshire tea at 8.95 for 160 so that would make it 13 euro plus for 240. Carrefour Twinings tea bags are €3.10 for 25 so that would make it nearly 30 euro for 240. Consum are around 11 euro for 240 (1.75 for 40 so times that by 6)

Gama is a convenience store that provides British and northern European items that lots of the other supermarkets don't sell. Many are quite reasonable. For example, Pukka pies at 2.06 when they are over 3 euro in any other supermarket.
Cheddar cheese usually a couple of euro cheaper than other places. English bacon and sausages on the deli counter are cheaper than Iceland and fresh.

Yes, some things are expensive but it is a convenience store for those who want British or N European things.
I have never been short changed there so maybe I've just been lucky. I find the ones on the till I've dealt with are very friendly in the main and will use it for things I think I can't get anywhere else or where I have to travel quite a distance to get to.

One thing we aren't short of around here is supermarkets.

If you've been short changed then report it to the manager who could maybe do something about it.
