Piece of cake, motorway mostly free all the way. No problems at border. Avoid early morning and evening when the workers are arriving and leaving. If only a day trip leave car in Spain walk across and use buses

My advice is walk across or stay in la linea. great place. and there is marriot. which is 15 mins walk along the sea front lovely walk. and call in Brunos very good place on the marina. and happy hour is good well worth a visit and the walk to marina is not far once over the border Enjoy.
