Will I need a licence or permission from the president if I replace my kitchen units. There will be no structural change. Never lived on a community before so don’t know about rules etc.

Are glass curtains what I would say as patio doors? Otherwise don't know what they are

Glass curtains are built around a porch area by the front door of houses. They are clear glass sections that can be folded back (open) in hot weather and closed in cooler weather to make a weatherproof cosy room and seating area (not unlike a conservatory but nicer as they are clear and look attractive) - They also help somewhat with security as they are locked when closed. If you walk around any development you will see them across or around many front door porch/patio areas.
