Restaurante La Herradura in Los Montesinos has a gluten free menu, and The Pines in Benijofar (on request) can provide safe gluten free-foods. Probably many others too. Mercadona have a whole range of gluten free foods and everything is labelled sin gluten if it's gluten free. They even have pizzas in the freezer. My coeliac granddaughter says it's easier to shop here than in the UK!

Have a look below at Similar Topics. Loads of places for gluten free (every supermarket has them, especially Mercadona) and loads of restaurants that have been posted as having gluten free options.

Or put Gluten in the search box at the top right and quite a few pages where it has been discussed.

Hi there. Last time I was over Lizarran tapas bar near Spanglish in consum area dona pepa did gluten free tapas. Very helpful staff. Italian and Indian restaurants near Hotel Laguna both catered for gluten free.

For cakes, bread etc there is a gluten free bakery in Dolores called ‘Dulces Sueños’ They have a Facebook page. They also do lactose free products, all very good.
