Hi MIke Neutregena available from Chemist & some supermarkets..I think I recall Consum sold it

OPI hand cream is excellent,a little expensive,but worth it.You can buy it on Amazon.es.Hope this helps.

E45 cream is very good for dry & damaged skin and u can use it on hand, arm, leg. But I only recall seeing it in Frmacias not supermarkets.

I have used Cien hand cream from aldi or Lidls for year and highly recommend it

My nail technician recommended a cream which is actually for cracked heels from Consum. It works really well

I agree with Jpeg lido's cream is fantastic and cheap to.

Give them an initial go with a few spoons of white sugar and a little warm olive mixed into the sugar. Then rub the mixture into the hands as if you were washing them. It is a bit sandy in consistency but it works. Rinse off with warm water. You will have lovely soft silky hands afterwards. To finish off apply your handcream. Vaseline handcream is good too.
