Do you know if anyone has over stayed 90 days since Brexit and if anyone has been found out?

This is a cracking question.

Anybody who has been under the radar ever since January should by now be being on the radar if immigration systems are working.

Obviously not something to boast about for fear of being caught out - but great to know how many are getting away with it.

Good luck to you if you are. I don't agree with the dog in the manger philosophy.

If somebody has an Irish passport does the 90 day rule apply to them? They are not residents but live here permanently.

No they will be classed as still in the EU so probably won’t get their passport stamped

I don't think the illegal immigrants will be queuing up to comment on this post, but if they are here and get caught i hope it costs them dearly, if you and I can manage to live here legally and pay our taxes so can they.

I’m confused. Obviously, a Irish citizen with an Irish Passport can travel to Spain and stay within the EU rules and apply for Residencia after 90 days.

But wouldn’t a UK citizen holding an Irish Passport have it noted, within that passport, that they are UK citizens?

If that’s the case, how can they stay over 90 days and, are people fooling themselves?
