Hi, I am just curious is it legal to rent out your own personal car to anyone for money? I think not because of insurance etc

Ps I saw an advert man hiring his own car out, sure it can't be legal.

as long as he declares what he is doing to the insurance company but most do not
You can get a rental insurance
