Hits mobile new Sim

I have been getting messages from Hits for weeks saying change my Sim due to an up grade. Went into Johnsons who seem to be the only Hits agents locally. They say if its still working don't bother. But still getting repeated messages from Hits.
Has anybody else experienced the same?

Yes you will have to change the sim. It will keep asking you to do so until you do. I think eventually it will stop working. I changed mine some time ago and that is what I was told.

Had the same messages over & over, went to the closest dealers and they said "don,t bother" Eventually phoned up hits & they sent me a new sim & the messages have stopped. HTH

Yes same here, received a new sim in the post after ongoing messages non stop and them sending me to an address on an industial estate first of all, who told me about Johnsons in Quesada where a lady also said what was quoted in the above comments. I was informed you need to change the sim for 5g and other updates when I called Hits once more and they posted me the new sim which I inserted. Then if I wanted to restart my phone for any reason I had to put in the code that came with the new sim. Thought it would only need it once after the new sim was used, but not the case. Since finding I can no longer phone Hits, like I used to. I had to rely on Google to advise where the setting were to stop it on my phone. Anyone else had a problem contacting Hits even on their web site and I never got the 30g free data either when changing for the new sim lol.
