Just been accosted outside my house I said I don’t speak Spanish so she went around to my husbands side who was driving- she asked him where the pharmacist was then grabbed his hand to shake it & tried to open the car door & grabbed his watch off his wrist! luckily my husband realised what was happening & pulled the watch from her clutches & threw it to the ground inside the car. By this time I had got out of the car & told her where to go!!
Her accomplice was driving a beat up silver car & she has a green kaki colour jumpsuit on with long black hair in a pony tail. Shocking & nerve jangling- be very aware & careful of this couple

It would be good if you had the presence of mind to take out the phone and photograph her and the car. Mind you she might grab the phone and take off with that. But what she did was assault in any legal code.

Would be good to catch them and kick seven colours out them. Would be worth getting the jail to get some satisfaction.

What area was this only there was a post on here yesterday saying they were on Avenida de Málaga, and had also been seen in Mas y Mas car park and a lady had her bag stolen in Lidl car park Monday or Tuesday this week.

They are, sadly targeting this area at the moment.

I never ceases to amaze me that firstly the police dont have the registration of the car from numerous attacks and secondly why it is never stopped for a document check, i very much doubt it is road legal or has insurance from the description of being battered up
Yes a photo of them or the reg would be a great help, but i appreciate people would be too in shock to think to take one

What never ceases to amaze me is the strength of character of the victim, how with their concern for others they relive what would have been a quite upsetting incident, terrifying for some. Yet the victim tells us what they went through in order for us to be aware and safe. Sites like this not only tells us where there’s a good shop, but tells us where danger lurks too. I hope the two people are uninjured and unfazed, and a big thank you for telling us what happened.

Hope you are both ok after your ordeal. Thanks for alerting everyone this is happening so often here and has been for over 20 years. We only hear of a few on social media but I’m sure there are loads more victims to their crimes.

Happened to me I was parked outside my villa, came jogging up to window calling me Maria, pretending I was a friend. Stupid me had window open she hugged me, my Mums gold chain taken from round my neck. Didnt even notice till took shopping in and my husband said where is your necklace. Went to police, identified her in photo, she was put in jail for five minutes as other people had identified her, and now she is up to her games again!!!!!!

Hopefully one day they will pick on the wrong person
