For electric we have, lights, 2 main computers, a large smart tv used from 5 - midnight, a tv in the bedroom used for an hour a night, phones and tablets recharged, Halogen oven not used every day,( a normal oven not used very often as use the halogen just for 2 people) no pool, haven't used aircon for month and months since the summer, small fridge freezer, washing machine used in the hours for the night tariff and our last bill was 107 euros. I have been into the shop and asked if the nightime tariff is the best one for us, she took a look at the bill and said yes. I'd really like them to see exactly what I am using and when and tell me the best plan for my house. Difficult

Hi, That sounds a lot, We use about the same as you (by your description) + Alexa on almost all day, and the pool filter 7hrs a day, (5hrs during night tariff, 2hrs day tariff) and we are very seldom over 50 euro.

That is high. I'm all electric, with water heater, cooking, washing machine, dishwasher and I have had the heating on for a dozen mornings last month and my bill was €58.54. Even in January my bill was only €117.

I'm on the 8 hour tariff as mentioned above, from 8-11am in the morning and 5-10pm at night. I find it suits my lifestyle better.

That's why I went in to query it. We are on the 11pm - 12 the next day something like that. I always do the washing between those hours very occasionally out of hours. Once this malarkey is more stable I shall go into the shop again as I definitely think I'm paying too much.

Are you on a smart meter? If so you can log into the Iberdrola website and check your usage by hour by day to see when your peak usage is.

Compare the number of days on each bill. I’ve found that there have been ‘short’ months of only twenty or so days and, ‘long’ months well beyond 31 days. Perhaps this accounts for your discrepancies?

Search for Iberdrola in Play store and iDE comes up.
It's the distribution and transmission side of Iberdrola.

Chrisdee we have around the same items on for usage as you do, but we do not have the day and night tariff. Our last bill was 132€ so yours sounds about right. We are heavy users.
