Ironing

My darling wife is no longer fit enough to do our ironing, so we would be pleased to hear from anyone who offers an ironing service. We live in Doña Pepa.

I don't suppose you could do the decent thing and get trained up.
I tried it once,under supervision,but I'm left handed but she climbed the wall.

My husband does all our ironing. He has hands - just like me! In fact he's better at it than I ever was

Probably correct Ov3rdal3, I should have mentioned that I am in my mid 80s, have ostioarthritis and spinal problems, (which prevent me from standing for long), but I still do whatever I can to help around the house, maintain a lovely little garden, and carry out the odd repairs. Hence the reason why we could do with paid help.

The man needs help, not being told to do it himself, if he can afford for somebody to do it, then help him find someone

Why do you people feel the need to be so horrible to other people. The kind gentleman asked a very simple question about someone to do his ironing and what do you do, you try to belittle him. Also, there maybe someone out there who would like the opportunity to earn a few euros to help someone. If you’ve got nothing nice to say, then say nothing.
