Tony i wasn't assuming anything, just saying it as i see it. To be honest, from what i have read (on this forum i think), people have been pulled by the police for crossing the road from their property so with that in mind you have already broken the rules of the "lockdown" however foolish this ruling may seem. Also what if your pet chooses to "do a runner" whilst off the lead, however obedient he/she may seem to be they can quickly become distracted by something, how would you explain that to the authorities??
