IVA on kitchens for New Builds

Hi we are buying a new build villa does anyone know if you pay IVA on a kitchen for a new build if you supply and fit through a kitchen company and not the builder. Back in the UK they don't charge VAT on a kitchen for a new build was just wondering if it was the same here.
