Thank you

The plan is now that all over 60 will be vaccinated by the end of May and all over 50s by the end of June.
The aim was to do 400,000 in the Valencian Region this week but they don't have enough vaccines so they will do 324,000 (ish) instead.

Have you checked with the lo Marabu Salud that they have your Spanish telephone number correctly registered? They will ring you, landline or mobile, with an appointment for the initial jab.

If you are to have the vaccine at the Centro Ocio in Torrevieja then you will receive a text (SMS) message with the appointment details.

Either way depends on the correct Spanish number being available on your personal health records.

Same for my wife. I had mine three weeks ago. My wife had a phone call to say her appointment was cancelled (so they have her number) and would be contacted later that week... three weeks ago.

I have been to the Saud, they checked her SIP and they said she will be contacted. I have contacted the Doc through Yo Salud, she says my wife will be contacted..

Still waiting...

Try taking the lettuce and tomatoes off, then.

Depends on what vaccines they have, of course. Over 70 is Pfizer and Moderna, 60 to 69 is AZ.
As of Sunday, Spain had received 11,956 of the Pfizer and had given 11,943 or 99% of all those received.
Moderna was 1,566 and given 1,432.
AZ they had actually given 100% of those received.

Probably have to see what arrived yesterday for distribution to see what appointments they can give.

In total, they had received 17,610,000 vaccines and had already given 17,130 so doesn't leave a great deal to go around all of Spain.

And, as I've pointed out, we didn't get a SMS for the appointment at Ocio, it was done by landline.

As I said earlier, if they don't have AZ vaccine (and they seem to have used them all) they will give one of the other vaccines. Plus, if someone is 69 and becomes 70 before the next jab is due then they will also received one of the others.
