Could not find them either so went to Zoco because I had bought 3 of their shopping trolleys to use in a raffle and one broke down after a visit to the Mercadonna( 2 kg onions, 2 milk, a bread, a new mop, a salad).

The friendly lady was not there so I went to that man/bos?, my goodness……he made my day!!!!
He started barking at me and told me I should not have bought them for a raffle??!

And that he was not going to refund my money…
Started an argument and asked for what purpose I was allowed to buy them then’-? To look at maybe!

Anyway, I did not give up and because all the hassle and “watchers” he throw my 7€ at me, I thanked him friendly and left.
So, yes they are at Zoco’s but watch out what you buy, just to look at……

Yes I had dreadful service too from JML last year with the owner being extremely rude and unhelpful via emails. I bought a Soup Maker. Well what a load of rubbish it was. The mode for ‘smooth’ wasn’t working so everything was chunky. I took it back to the store for a refund or a new replacement, both of which he refused. He sent it to his engineer who said it was fine. I tried again following all instructions as I did before but it was still faulty. I took it back to the store and threw it in their bin! I have since bought a Murphy Richards model online and it’s brilliant! AND it was the same price. So beware of JML - don’t buy anything from them!
