Kitchen wasre

I have been using the special bins for kitchen waste, but the normal one I use in Av. Huelva Dona Pepa seems to have disappeared.
Have the council stopped this ?
Was it only for a trial period ?

Hi, The organic waste system was not just a trial period. It is permanent and there are many bins around Rojales and Quesada, though I am sorry to hear your nearest bin has gone. There is definitely a bin on the parallel road to the airport road (sorry don't know it's name but it's a little way down from The Big Shop). There is also definitely one near the Debra Charity Shop in Pueblo Bravo. I don't know exactly where others are but I hope you manage to find a suitable one - it is an important step in the right direction I feel.

Where and when do you collect a bin and a key?

I went to the recycle caravan in the square at Quesada. It is open every other Wednesday I believe. However they directed me to the Ayuntamiento and I signed for the bin and key there, so you may be able to get one from there at any time.Or they were at Rojales market on certain Thursdays.
The bin I used was on the crossroad of Av. Huelva and Calle San Sebastián.
Not sure where my nearest one is now and can’t understand why they would move it.
