La marquesa clubhouse restaurant

Hi can anybodytell me has this sold? And if so qill it be opening up as a restaurant again. Also is the cocktail lounge still open?

Live along the road and both still open last time i was along the bars 3 days ago.

As far as I know it is only changing hands. The brothers are concentrating their efforts at Stan and Ollies.

I believe the changeover will take place in October so it's business as usual for the rest of the summer

Any up dates on the club house in quesada,the area closed completely,no restaurant,golf shop closed,pool area looks Derelict.are they going to demolition area?

All the golf stuff is under the new restaraunt RAME, Anyones guess what is going to happen to the old golf clubhouse and the chill out lounge area but yes looks a mess.
