Here's maps and this is from the Guardamar town hall:-
SATURDAY, AUGUST 21. VUELTA CICLISTA A ESPAÑA.
MAIN STREET CUT FROM 13:30 TO 14:15 H.
This Saturday, due to the passage of cyclists, the main road (Madrid, Mayor and País Valenciano streets) will be cleared of vehicles and closed to traffic.
The schedule is approximate since the cut will begin with the first red flag of the Civil Guard until the motorcycle with the green flag passes, at the end of the caravan. The runners are scheduled to cross the town at 1:50 pm.
ATTENTION PEOPLE WHO NEED TO ENTER OR LEAVE THE TOWN, SINCE THESE CLOSING HOURS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO SO

What's the difference between the red route and the green route?

The red route is the one they cycle, but don't know about the green.
If you want to watch it on TV It's live on Tdp Spanish channel. or Quest 6 I believe
