Lobster internet provider

Hi, Having probs with our internet speed & have been offered a good deal with Lobster, ( cheaper than Telfy & discount on monthly phone charge etc).

Before we take the plunge has anyone else switched to them?

We are more than happy with our phone contracts

We have DVBlab, for internet and mobile, good speed and no problems

Is that a new service they’ve started I didn’t realise they provided an internet service.
Thought they just had mobile phone plans.

What are they offering speed, price, presumably it’s fibre ?

They're offering 300mb fibre,from MasMovile

Full price of €27,99 / month, discounted to €23,99 for the first 12 months.

If you're an existing phone customer you get a permanent discount off your monthly bill of €5.00.

Free installation etc.

That's all I know, i was mainly asking regarding any other experiences people might have had. But judging by the lack of response - not many, it IS a new service.

Is that price actually monthly or every 28 days as per the phone contract?

Hi I have used Lobster since they arrived always great quality and contactable .
Also could I just add that they are so very good with the Samaritans charity .
They use Lobster without any problems . Excellent service . Always which is so very important. Thank you Lobster !

Re. Gary sorry but the info ive posted is all I know. But if it's every four weeks OR every calender month, it's still cheaper than the €30,95/month I'm paying Telfy for theirs.

We're also very happy with our (two) Lobster phones.

But seeing as no-one has volunteered info regarding Lobster broadband, (my original search), I have to assume that no-one on the forum has had it installed yet.
