So very, very sad.

I’m shocked and saddened. Poor wee soul. She must have been going through hell. It’s too late to do anything to help her but time for schools and parents to step in and talk to their children about bullying and help them to understand what it must be like to be on the receiving side.
I hope support will be provided for her parents and siblings. Not the sort of thing we want to hear about ever. 12 years old....

Terrible tragic news and how she must have suffered. Bullying is so nasty especially for the young who feel so isolated. My condolences to her family and I sincerely hope the school will thoroughly investigate and improve their care of pupils. I do however appreciate these bullies are often clever enough to make sure they attack well away from

I didn't read about it... I know due to my personal involvement in the situation.
I don't think its in any papers etc, which is why I want to spread awareness of what is happening on a daily basis in schools.
The school naturally want to avoid bad publicity and are trying to keep things quiet, but this means the bullies will continue to get away with it.
Its a sign of the times we live in... there are no real consequences for bad behavior anymore, and this is the end result.

I went through some bad bullying in junior and senior school. I even thought about ending it all! The school didn't want to know and my parents, bless them, I think we're naive. You feel so alone and helpless. Fortunately I realised that there would be light at the end of the tunnel, I was very fortunate. Nobody bullies me now.
