I'm surprised at the answers but perhaps it's needed to visit the islands. I recently went from Alicante to Barcelona and wasn't asked for one. And I'll be visiting Seville at Christmas and assuming not needed there either

There are no travel requirements at the moment between most autonomous communities.
However you do need to produce a covid certificate or negative test to your hotel accommodation

It seems everywhere is different.
On landing in Ibiza and correctly using the domestic lane (avoiding the very long line of international passengers being interrogated) we were accosted by a mildly aggressive health rep as we looked for the desk for our transfer).
Initially 2 of them were in front of the exit but the female shouted at me and ran towards me to interrogate us. Once we had shown boarding passes and covid certs the gentleman with her was more than happy and let us through.
So as others..........no locator form was requested but def. had to show Covid cert.

Just back from Lanzarote. You only need your vaccination certificates for the Canary Islands.

I really do not wish to sound pedantic.
But If your not sure why not just complete one anyway? it takes about 2 minutes to complete.
If you are asked for it you have it. Surely you will feel better knowing you have it if it is required
And If you are not asked for it, no harm done.
