I also had a lost delivery recently, via Amazon ES but direct from China. It was delivered on 19th July according to them, but never arrived. When I queried it with the Chinese company they admitted it had not been delivered, so I got a full refund.

i waited 19 weeks for a parcel from the uk ended up back in the uk would not let my metformin enter the country,never send another parcel again.

Hi Denis, did you have to pay for your parcel to be returned to the UK, as I have just been informed by the customs that my parcel which was posted at the beginning of June is to be sent back to the UK. Very annoyed as I have completed all the customs forms they asked for.
