Maintenance of house render

Can someone please tell me the name of the render product that’s used extensively in the area? An estate agent did tell us what it’s called, but we can’t remember and he also said you only need to soft wash it, but some of its badly stained with what looks like mould. I want to try and find out what our options are to freshen it up on our terrace areas, if we need to have the whole lot replaced or….

Ot possibly Raspado.

If it's got small stones embedded in it then it's cotegran. The stones are easily dislodged so don't use anything to violent. If it is a finish that looks like worms have eaten paths in it then it's Raspado which I think is also called Monocap.

We lightly power washed ours, coated it with PVA and painted it. Has been fine for last 12 months
