New build behind old Lidl

When will the rumors start, could it be another Lidl.

If you have read the info board on site it states that it is a commercial unit , so it looks as tho its a speculative build to be fitted out to a buyer/renters requirements ..!!!

Could do with another Chinese outlet ...!!!!

I will start the rumour then....have heard it is being built for Preyser. Not sure if they are going to vacate their premises on the corner of the road that Spanglish is in, or whether they will keep them both.

the hoarding that was up there before always said commercial unit to buy or rent...I guess it was just a matter of time before they built the unit, bet it won't be empty for too long as it is a prime spot. I think Masymas is going down by new Lidl

It's the other building they are putting up behind it that is being discussed.

Have been to Preyser today and asked them if it was for them. They confirmed that it is for them and that they hope to be in it in September.
