Will my pet be allowed to join me on holiday?
You cannot use the existing pet passport scheme.
People wanting to travel to the EU with their pet will need to follow a different process, which takes four months.

The customs duty and VAT is going to be a killer if ordering anything from the UK. It is bound to affect the popular sites like ebay, amazon and done deal.

Yes Johnno immediately after the leave vote the pound plummeted, so yes Brexit is to blame, and has personally cost me many thousands over the last 3 years, mind you 5 1/2 years ago it was 1.45 but short lived, as a European Brexit to me has a lot to answer and no doubt will have more to come

That's like comparing apples with pears and there are few predicting that Brexit in any form will be less damaging than the 2008 financial crisis. For sure nobody is calling it "small potatoes"!

Use Amazon.es and you’ll notice no difference unless what you buy comes from the UK

I am not in Spain so that wouldn't be any use to me. The postage costs would be prohibitive. I would say 95% of the stuff I would order from Amazon comes from UK and comes by courier to Rep of Ireland so VAT and Duty will now be levied on anything over €20.

But as you are importing from the uk , vat will not be levied at point of sale , only when you import into Spain ..so if you do your paperwork correctly there will be very little difference ..!!!
