N332 have just put another post up clarifying the 2 in a car rule. You can drive your own car but cannot drive your wife/husnand/friend to the supermarket and wait in the car

Originally I believe that the N332 Facebook site was run and updated by volunteer officers, but the N332 website has always been run as a money making business by Mark Nolan, that's why there are so many big adverts all over it.

Strange that roadworkers arrive ever single day with 3 in the van is no;problem and That police men are always with 2 and that’s no problem at all…
Same with the builders near the big China bazaar, they even sit all together to;have their breakfast at 10 am …
Typical;Spain!!!

On the public transport it's one person per seat and in minibuses who ply for hire it is also one person per row staggered i.e the one behind the driver must sit at the opposite window to the drive and so on back along the rows.

Chevron wrote:My Mom is disabled she can only walk with a 3 wheel trolley and has a Spanish disability badge but the Local Police were not having it. The thing was she was not going to go inside the supermarket its just I dare not leave her on her own in the house in case she falls again. I read the Spanish Lockdown rules when they first came out but did not read anything about 1 person in a car only.
I think there there still many people that do not know.
I don't understand this, Chevron. If your mum can manage to sit still in the car while you do the shopping on your own, why can't she stay seated at home while you do the shopping? Then there would be no risk of her falling.

Yes I can see your point, I didn't want to delve further into my Moms condition as it is upsetting but she gets confused due to a recent stroke and tends to wander round the apartment. There is no guarantee that she would remain seated on her own. It's a risk that I would have to take.
