Opinions please

I’ve had a look around the Urb and all of air con units are in the same place for that bedroom. She just doesn’t have air con in her back room.

Makes me laugh, because aside from her dog and the bird making a racket, I’ve put up with her chain smoking blowing into my house for the last 15yrs and I’ve always been nice to her. Next time she smokes I’ll turn the air con on.

She really does sound a piece of work I am sure all my exhausts are outside the room the unit is in.

However beware of disputes with neighbours I recently heard a dispute between 2 of mine that I thought was going to end in violence the shouting was so bad.

Turn it full on and the fan will hopefully blow the smoke from her fags back, jokes should be posted on Boom Boom by the way still laughing.

Another thing is if you have it put on your roof top it could damage the roof and then rainwater will leak into your house.

I thought he meant solarium rather than actual roof but don't know.

Are you in a community? If so, maybe the President or Administrator could have a word and point out that your installation is legally within your rights.

You have been far too kind to this lady and like so many, she has interpreted kindness as weakness. Now she thinks she can bully you. You’ve done nothing wrong, have none of it!!

Just live your life....if she denounces you...so what...... it's not even a yellow card...it needs more than her to do it...

Not a problem if you want an ongoing war with neighbours, but I do t. I just wanted opinions on what others would do.

The air con is staying put and if she mentions it again, I’ll remind her about her previous denunciation.
