What is the best paint to paint outside walls of the modern white houses? And where is best place to buy from?

Once you’ve painted your house, be prepared to be touching up regularly. When the red dust comes, it does some damage. I’ve tried washing, spraying but fresh paint is the only answer. If possible, keep your remaining paint in a fridge. If left on a shell, it’ll dry up. That’s Spain for you!
I don’t know if you’ve ever used this tip but I bought UPVA GLUE ( blanco). Mixed it with water ( 5 parts water to 1 part paint) and slapped it onto the walls and painted immediately. This will seal the walls and prevent any rain penetrating them. I think it helps the paint go on easier.
It’s worth the effort. White houses look lovely in Spain or anywhere else!

Never PVA a wall that's going to be painted. The paint will just sit on top of the PVA.
Instead, any efflorescence or alkali salts present should be removed by dry brushing with a stiff bristled brush followed by wet sponging the surface with a mild 5% solution of white vinegar (acetic acid) in water. The whole area should then be wiped down with a damp cloth and allowed to dry thoroughly.
Then apply a mist coat of paint, wait to dry then apply a top coat.

Brochacolour in Formentera are the best and the staff are very helpful. They give the correct paint for the Spanish climate and more competitive than Quesada colours. I get all my outside paint from them and have never had reason to complain and I know lots of professional painters go there also.

The walls need to breath, PVA seals them for a while and crates damp/ condensation,

Never have had any problems. In my case it’s been a huge success. Tip given to me years ago by a builder
