Palm Sunday procession - Elche

Has anyone has been to the Palm Sunday procession in Elche in previous years.
Just wondering how busy it gets especially in cafes bars and restaurants?
Where is the best place to stand to get the best from the parade?
We are going by coach so no problems with parking.

It gets packed.

We did it 2 years ago, by coach. It’s busy, but not excessively busy. We didn’t have a problem finding somewhere to have a coffee- we didn’t bother with food as you’re not there that long.
Procession is not that long , we stood on the bridge near the castle and the crowd was only 2 deep at most.
If you are planning on buying your palms from the market get them as soon as you arrive, because they sell out very quickly.

Gets very busy, we drove up and got the last spot in one of the car parks after trying several which were full,
