Parcel delivery from uk

It isn't just mail from UK My nephew sent to me from Germany and that hasn't got here either. Our postman hasn't been round for a month, so non of my neighbours have expected any mail for a month? I went to PO, she said there is nothing there. Yeh!!! It's all in bags waiting to be sorted. Was my birthday 3wks ago and I haven't had one card through the post. Is there anywhere we can complain to ?

I live in the campo and so fed up of uk mail going astray or taking for ever i now use the easypost inbound system. You give folk their uk address to post stuff to and they bring it over and distribute it to thier agents such as the card shop in benimar. You then pay a euro for the letter not sure how much parcels are
Not the fastest service but it does not touch the spanish postal service
